Hi everyone, I am really getting excited for China. Here are some facts about chopsticks. Did you know that they were created 5,000 years ago! They are called "Kuaizi". Things to avoid are: Don't beat your bowl, don't insert the chopsticks in a bowl upright, this is custom that is used in sacrifice, don't pass food with them, don't cross them, this is the symbol for death. it's 11:00pm here so it's 2:00pm tomorrow in china. China is 15 hours ahead.

I say 14 hours. I swear I counted 14 hours difference...
